MINAKO tea is premium grade genmaicha blended with ceremonial grade matcha, featuring Japanese organic rice that is carefully roasted without popping the kernels, a sign of high-quality genmaicha & matcha. It is organically grown and meticulously prepared by Koga Kumiko and her family, fourth generation tea farmers in Yame, Japan. This tea is regarded as the everyday tea in Japan and readily enjoyed at mealtimes because it adapts well with the whole menu, making it a true MINAKO. It is thoughfully presented in a generous fold of handmade Japanese washi paper, flecked in gold and silver.
