Mellifera ships all orders through USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
Once a packaged order is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays during shipment or any other issues that may arise during transit, including any damage sustained during transit or delivery. Mellifera makes every reasonable effort to ensure orders are packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking information is provided for all orders and will be sent by email to customers once the shipment is prepared. All orders valued over $300 will be sent with a signature required.
At this time, we are shipping within the United States and to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland. We may reach out to customers who place an international order to request additional shipping costs and/or shipping information.
We do not accept returns on consumable or perishable products, including but not limited to teas, coffees, cacao, sweeteners, food products, or any item intended for consumption.
Returns are accepted for non-consumable products, subject to conditions listed below, and must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be approved in advance; any return received without prior approval will not be refunded. To request a return, please complete the contact form and include your Order Number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage customers to use USPS Priority Mail and the original shipment packaging for any returns. USPS will not accept a shipment in priority packaging unless it is sent with priority mail postage. A return label can be created here: USPS Priority Mail Label.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including original packaging, labeling, and all other components. Items that have been visibly opened, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may be refused. We inspect each return individually. Acceptance of a return and issuance of a refund is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
If the item is received in like-new condition and the return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, not including shipping.
