Nicaraguan Organic Whole Bean Coffee
Pachamama Farmer's Arabica coffee beans from the central highlands of Nicaragua, organically grown in the cool tropical climate of San Juan del Río above 3600 ft. Thoughtfully prepared in a medium roast to retain the fruitful essence of Río Coco region; a location favored for producing coffee beans that are slow-growing, well-balanced, and rich in flavor. Single-origin growers work in tandem with craft-level roasters to bring you this naturally sweet brew, often enjoyed as a solo cup or with a pastry.
High quality organic coffee has a diverse flavor profile which is affected in the brewing process by the type of bean, type of roast, amount of beans, type of grinder, grind fineness, type of water, water temperature, brewing method, and brew time. We recommend reducing these variables by using our Eureka Libra grinder, Summit Spring water, and Frieling French Press. Mellifera's own testing team experienced the flavor profile of pomegranate, black walnut, and barley malt, but don't just take our word for it, try Nicaraguan Organic Whole Bean Coffee for yourself and experience a taste of the Río Coco Jungle.
5% of every Nicaraguan Organic Whole Bean Coffee purchase goes to the Wheelchair Foundation to fund wheelchairs for disabled children, teens, and adults in Nicaragua. See our Products with a Cause for more information.
