About this product

Bona Furtuna presents spaghetti made from organically grown ancient Sicilian Perciasacchi and Russello wheat grains. It is extruded with bronze dies and slow dried for ideal texture and rich flavor, offering a touch of sweetness, herbal hints, sun-kissed grain. Thick enough for a hearty meat sauce yet thin enough for a creamy cheese sauce or Bona Furtuna Passata sauce.

The spaghetti is organically grown and extruded in central Sicily, made simply from organic durum wheat semolina and water, with no added vitamins or minerals. Bona Furtuna makes its organic pastas in collaboration with master pasta makers in Sicily.
