What does membership cost?

$14.99/month, or $149.90/year. Signing up for the annual plan gives you two free months of VIP membership.

What if I sign up and change my mind?

You can cancel anytime in your account, under VIP Membership. Benefits will continue following cancellation for the remainder of the billing cycle.

What are the exclusions for free shipping?

VIP Free Shipping applies to delivery addresses in the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other non-contiguous addresses. Orders with a delivery address to non-contiguous states will receive 50% off shipping. Oversized and overweight products are excluded from free shipping for all delivery addresses.

What products can I return for free?

All non-consumable items in their original packaging are eligible for free returns within 30 days from purchase. For health and safety, consumable items are generally not accepted for return.

What discounts do I get as a member?

VIP Members are given several exclusive discounts: 15% off starter-kits (compared to the standard 10% off), member-only sales, and 10% off product subscriptions (coming soon).
