Takahashi Green Tea became the first farm in Oita, Japan to earn a JAS organic certification. The farm is run by second-generation producer Takahashi Yuzo, specializing in tamaryokucha and exploring the health benefits of artisanal blends. Takahashi-san cultivates seven tea varietals, continuing his family’s legacy of organic tea growing and the meticulous preparation of fine Japanese teas.
