Pachamama Farmers Cooperative presents naturally decaffeinated 100% organic Arabica coffee beans from the Atlas Mountains of Mexico, grown in mineral-rich soil at 4000 ft elevation and thoughtfully prepared in a medium roast to express flavor notes of mandarin, walnut, and brown sugar. The Veracruz jungle is home to heritage growers who work in tandem with craft-level roasters to bring you this mellow brew, often enjoyed as a late night treat with cream and sugar.

Organic Decaffeinated Medium Roast is 100% Arabica whole bean, single-origin, USDA and CCOF certified organic, fair trade certified by FLO, farmer owned, and shade-grown at high elevation. The cherries are hand-picked to ensure full ripeness at harvest, then processed and packaged in Ecotact sterile vacuum bags to ensure the beans stay fresh and arrive mold-free at the roasting facility in California, where they are small-batch roasted in non-automated stainless artisan craft roasters. After proper cooling, the beans are packaged in plastic-free wood pulp bags with an airtight sugarcane interior layer for untainted flavor and long-term freshness.

Our decaf coffee is carefully decaffeinated on site using the Water Process, which draws out the caffeine with clean mountain water while preserving the rich coffee oils, only retaining <3mg of caffeine per 8-ounce cup.
