Japanese tea growers call this tea, YU, which means "Poised", retaining the graceful composure of refined passion that leads excellence. YU is premium koucha, delicately flavored with white peach by koucha master Hiroshi Okamoto. Both the tea and stone-fruit are grown without using any pesticide or fertilizer and masterfully prepared to exhibit perfect balance that remains poised, steep after steep.
