It is high-grade sencha nagori cultivated in the Yame mountains at 600 meters above sea level, organically grown and meticulously prepared by tea master Irie Toshiro. JUN tea is made from handpicked leaves just below the first-flush of Toshiro-san's award-winning JUKI tea, exhibiting the gentle harmony between sweetness and earthy depth. It is thoughtfully presented in a generous fold of handmade Japanese washi paper, flecked with gold and silver.
