The creation of this limited release chocolate helped revitalize Vanuatu’s long-standing cacao traditions. Farmers organically cultivate the old Amelonado cacao varieties, which are carefully harvested, fermented, and sun-dried. The beans are processed using time-honored techniques to create a silky-smooth chocolate bar with tasting notes of blackened almond, red currants, and a hint of ripe mango.
