Dick Taylor's limited release, single-origin organic chocolate bar begins with exceptional cacao from Malekula Island, located in a remote part of the South Pacific. Made with organic Vanuatu cacao and organic Brazilian cane sugar; prepared using European chocolatier methods to produce a truly unique chocolate bar.
The creation of this limited release chocolate helped revitalize Vanuatu’s long-standing cacao traditions. Farmers organically cultivate the old Amelonado cacao varieties, which are carefully harvested, fermented, and sun-dried. The beans are processed using time-honored techniques to create a silky-smooth chocolate bar so dynamic in flavor that our team tasted notes of blackened almond, red currants, and a hint of ripe mango in addition to the notes listed on the package.
