Organic Five Sisters Blend is made with single-origin Arabica coffees, USDA and CCOF certified organic, farmer owned and grown at high elevations. The cherries are hand-picked to ensure full ripeness at harvest, then processed and packaged in Ecotact sterile vacuum bags to ensure the beans stay fresh and arrive mold-free at the roasting facility in California, where they are small-batch roasted in non-automated stainless artisan craft roasters. After proper cooling, the beans are packaged in plastic-free wood pulp bags with an airtight sugarcane interior layer for untainted flavor and long-term freshness.
